I purchased this home 11 years ago. At the time I was a single guy and it was a great place to have backyard barbecues with my friends and have everyone over to watch college football or have a game night.

Over the years the house grew from the perfect home for a young bachelor into the perfect home for my young family. Our gatherings changed as we had the kids of all our friends and family running around. The open concept space upstairs, as well as the finished basement and great backyard have been ideal for giving all the kids room to run around and play while easily keeping an eye on them. We love the outdoor space as much as the indoor space. We have spent many summer evenings relaxing on our beautiful covered back porch.

We also love the location of our home. It is perfectly located to give us a nice quiet neighborhood while still providing all the convenience of being close to grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants and fitness centers. We are located just minutes from Stuyvesant and University Plazas and Crossgates Mall. We are also a stone’s throw from the SUNY campus. We love walking around our neighborhood and enjoying the playgrounds within walking distance or taking an evening stroll to grab some ice cream at Stewart’s. We are close to the major highways so it makes it easy for us to explore the capital region. It’s just a quick car ride for us to enjoy the Troy Farmers Market, hit the shops in downtown Saratoga or try the newest restaurants in Albany.

This house has been the perfect home for so many phases of my life and I hope that you can build the kind of wonderful memories that I have here.
